Job : Test Analyst Engineer (Test Automation)

Location : Columbia, SC, USA (Onsite)

The Test Analyst Engineer will be part of the Test Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) and will support enterprise-wide testing initiatives. This role focuses on implementing test strategies, developing and maintaining automated test scripts, executing tests, managing defects, and continuously improving testing processes across multiple systems and business domains.

Responsibilities

• Execute enterprise testing strategies, protocols, and procedures

• Design, build, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts

• Develop, enhance, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca

• Collaborate with Test CoE, QA, development, and business teams

• Support test planning for projects, integrations, and regression testing

• Analyze business processes and requirements to create test scenarios

• Execute automated tests and document results, defects, and resolutions

• Manage test data required for automation execution

• Perform defect analysis and support root cause analysis

• Maintain test artifacts, metrics, dashboards, and reporting

• Contribute to automation framework enhancements and scalability

• Support test environment setup and maintenance

• Generate and present test execution and defect reports to stakeholders

• Assist with training and mentoring team members on Tosca best practices

• Participate in continuous improvement of testing processes

• Stay current with automation testing tools and industry best practices

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer / Analyst

• Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices

• Hands-on experience with test automation using Tricentis Tosca

• Experience creating automated test scripts using Tosca Commander and Tosca TBox

• Ability to interpret business, functional, and technical requirements

• Experience in designing and executing automated test cases

• Strong defect management and test reporting skills

• Experience with test planning, regression testing, and integration testing

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with SAP, S/4HANA, and SaaS enterprise systems

• Experience supporting S/4HANA migration and change impact analysis

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies

• Experience testing web applications, APIs, and mobile applications

• Knowledge of SQL and database validation

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines

• Experience with Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar tools

• Tricentis Tosca Certification
