Experience and Education:
- Experience leading OCM and training for enterprise software deployments with multiple stakeholder groups
- Background supporting technical user communities in engineering, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, or product development
- Exposure to PLM ecosystems such as Windchill, Teamcenter, or ENOVIA
- Experience building role-based training for process change and adoption, not just tool navigation
- Hands-on ownership of training programs, including strategy, content, schedule, and delivery readiness
- Experience administering an LMS and producing completion and readiness reporting
- Experience producing digital learning assets for technical audiences

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Build a training strategy aligned to the rollout plan and impacted user roles
- Define delivery methods by audience, including instructor led, self-guided, job aids, and video
- Align training approach across three stakeholder groups to ensure one consistent story
- Inventory existing training assets from prior deployments and recommend what to reuse
- Identify content gaps and drive creation of new training materials as needed
- Create a training plan, delivery schedule, and session roadmap tied to UAT and go live timing
- Identify trainers and coordinate Train the Trainer (TTT) preparation and readiness
- Support delivery execution and remove blockers that threaten the schedule or consistency
- Structure training paths within the LMS and coordinate assignments
- Track completions and provide reporting that signals go live readiness
- Define and monitor post-go-live adoption metrics to measure behavioral change and process compliance
- Translate process changes into clear, practical learning for technical users
- Ask smart questions to uncover role impacts, workflow changes, and adoption risks
- Partner closely with the project manager to keep training aligned with the overall project milestones
- Facilitate decisions when stakeholders disagree on messaging, scope, or delivery approach
- Establish governance standards for training documentation and ensure long-term sustainability beyond initial rollout
