We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials Migration Lead to lead the end-to-end migration of Accounts Payable (AP) and Fixed Assets (FA) modules from legacy ERP systems (such as SAP) to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

This is a W2-only opportunity, and all visa types are accepted except H1B.

The role requires strong expertise in solution architecture, Oracle Fusion Financials configuration, data migration, and ERP transformation programs. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with Finance, IT, Compliance teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable and secure Oracle Cloud Financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials (AP & FA).

• Define target-state architecture and document solution designs using Oracle best practices.

• Translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion configurations and workflows.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and recommend process improvements and optimizations.

Delivery & Stakeholder Management

• Own solution delivery from design through go-live, including configuration, integrations, and data migration.

• Prepare and present executive-level presentations and solution walkthroughs.

• Lead stakeholder workshops with business, finance, IT, and compliance teams.

• Ensure alignment across cross-functional global teams.

Integrations & Data Migration

• Define and manage integrations with:

  • Banking systems

  • Expense management applications

  • Tax engines

  • eInvoicing platforms

• Develop data migration strategies, reconciliation approaches, and validation processes.

• Support UAT planning, cutover activities, and go-live readiness.

Team Leadership & Governance

• Lead and mentor functional analysts and technical teams.

• Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies.

• Provide weekly status updates and risk reports to leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in ERP transformation programs.

• At least 2 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials implementations.

• Strong functional expertise in Accounts Payable (AP) and Fixed Assets (FA).

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion configurations and financial processes.

• Strong understanding of data migration strategies and reconciliation methodologies.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in enterprise implementations.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
