In this exciting role, you''ll be the sole IT Manager for a mid-size healthcare organization based in Irvine, CA. You will oversee all technology operations for approximately 100 users, providing essential support ranging from high-level network management to answering helpdesk queries. Collaboration will be key as you engage with users to ensure seamless IT experiences while driving efficiency across technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide white-glove technical assistance ensuring that end users receive top-notch support and rapid issue resolution.
Manage and maintain the Microsoft-centric environment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of all IT services.
Monitor and maintain local network uptime to guarantee a seamless technical experience for all users supported.
Utilize Microsoft Intune for mobile device management, enhancing the security and functionality of user devices.
Implement proactive troubleshooting measures to identify and resolve IT issues before they impact users.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a solo IT management role focusing on a diverse array of technology responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools and platforms, including Microsoft Intune, utilized in an enterprise environment.
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrated through previous end-user support roles.
Experience in both high-level planning and hands-on technical support, bridging the gap between architecture and user needs.
