Description:
AgreeYa is a global systems integrator and is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join our growing team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will work on cutting-edge AI initiatives, designing and implementing intelligent solutions using modern AI frameworks, data platforms, and advanced prompt engineering techniques. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Python-based development, data processing, and AI workflow orchestration.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks
Build and manage AI workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, and similar tools
Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for large language models (LLMs)
Integrate AI solutions with data platforms including Databricks and databases such as SQL and MongoDB
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and deliver scalable AI solutions
Participate in testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI applications
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Python development
Strong hands-on experience with Databricks for data processing and analytics
Solid experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
Hands-on experience with AI workflow/orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
Strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques for LLM-based applications
Experience developing and deploying AI/ML-driven solutions in enterprise environments
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Familiarity with LLMs, GenAI use cases, and AI model lifecycle management
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and MLOps practices
Education Required:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline
