ServiceNow Developer Remote (EST)

Our client in need of an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and help build, modernize, and support solutions across client s ServiceNow platform. A key focus of this role will be migrating legacy Workflow Editor workflows to Flow Designer/Workflow Studio and developing scalable, maintainable automation and integrations.
What You ll Do
- Design, develop, test, and support ServiceNow solutions.
- Migrate and modernize legacy Workflows to Flow Designer/Workflow Studio.
- Build reusable flows, subflows, actions, and integrations.
- Develop using JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Build and support REST/API integrations with enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and identify opportunities to reduce technical debt.
- Partner with technical and business teams to translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development, governance, and platform best practices.
Must Have:
- 5 8 years of total ServiceNow experience, with a strong focus on development, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and the integration of plugins and third-party applications.
- Hands on experience with Flow Designer/Workflow Studio and legacy Workflow Editor.
- Demonstrated experience migrating or redesigning Workflows into Flows.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow API skills.
- Experience with REST integrations and enterprise application integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, global environment.
Nice to Have
- SAP Basis, SAP DevOps, or SAP-ServiceNow integration experience.
- SAM / Publisher packet, as well as IntegrationHub experience.
- Experience installing and configuring SAP, Adobe, and Microsoft Publisher Packs and SaaS connectors.
- ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, or Service Catalog experience.
- ServiceNow CSA, CAD, or related certifications.
