Role Overview ----------
We are seeking a highly experienced Vault Tech Lead with strong Thought Machine Vault Core Banking platform expertise to lead our Cloud & Banking Technology initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring deep technical leadership in cloud-native banking environments, infrastructure automation, DevOps practices, and production stability.
This role requires strong hands-on expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Aurora PostgreSQL integration, Linux systems, and Cloud Engineering, along with proven experience managing Vault platform deployments at scale.
Required Skills & Experience14+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to Cloud Engineering & Infrastructure Architecture
Extensive hands-on experience with Thought Machine Vault (Core Banking Platform) deployment, configuration, customization, environment management, and production support
Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Services (EC2, EKS, IAM, VPC, RDS, Aurora PostgreSQL, S3, CloudWatch, security & networking)Proven experience with Aurora PostgreSQL integration, performance tuning, backup, replication, and high availability setup
Strong experience in Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and containerized workloads
Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and automation
Solid experience in Linux administration and shell scripting
Experience with Go-based services and microservices architecture
Expertise in observability & monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana
Strong knowledge of high availability, scalability, disaster recovery, and secure cloud architecture
Proven experience in platform upgrades, patching, capacity planning, and performance optimization
Strong production support, incident management, and root cause analysis skills
Experience leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions
Strong understanding of banking domain systems and regulatory environments
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Responsibilities
