Title: SCADA Project manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Accountabilities
Plan and oversee end to end execution of enterprise SCADA platform deployments
Lead delivery of Ignition SCADA and AVEVA PI platform rollouts across multiple assets
Own integrated project planning, schedules, risks, dependencies, and executive level status reporting
Provide quality control and delivery oversight, ensuring adherence to scope, standards, and agreed architecture
Lead change management coordination, including stakeholder alignment, readiness planning, and operational adoption
Plan and execute cutover activities with operations teams, including go live readiness, operational handover, stabilization, and hypercare
Coordinate architecture, infrastructure, OT cybersecurity, data warehouse, and report migration activities
Ensure alignment with OT security standards and Purdue Model architecture
Own budget forecasting, tracking, and variance management in partnership with finance and vendors
Drive cross functional coordination across operations, controls, IT, OT, and data teams
Required Experience
8+ years managing large?scale SCADA or industrial control system programs for oil & gas or heavy industrial domains
Direct project management experience with Ignition SCADA deployments
Direct project management experience with AVEVA PI (historian, AF, visualization)
Proven experience partnering with system integrators in complex delivery models
Strong working knowledge of OT cybersecurity and the Purdue Model
Demonstrated success leading operational cutovers in live production environments
Experience with budget management, forecasting, and cost control
Strong Plus / Preferred
Experience with Cygnet and/or Wonderware environments
Familiarity with Snowflake or industrial data warehousing and analytics platforms
Background in brownfield SCADA modernization or phased migrations
Work Location & Travel
Onsite role based out of Houston office
Minimal routine travel. However, travel requirements may increase during key phases such as design workshops, field engagements, training, and cutover activities
