AI/ML Engineer - Atlanta, GA (Fully Onsite) - (USC)

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions in production environments. This role requires close collaboration with data engineers, software developers, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions.
• Build and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Develop and maintain MLOps workflows, including model monitoring and retraining.
• Work with large datasets to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Implement Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions where applicable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI/ML solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, security, and reliability in production environments.
• Create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to team members.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or Data Science.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, or Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or ChromaDB.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Relevant AI/ML certifications are a plus.
