Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and implement Hogan applications.
- Work extensively with Hogan CIS (Customer Information System) and Hogan DDA (Demand Deposit Accounts).
- Act as the onshore technical liaison for offshore development teams.
- Perform peer code reviews and provide technical guidance to developers.
- Support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT activities.
- Participate in code migrations, production deployments, and release activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Hogan CIS and/or Hogan DDA.
- Strong experience developing applications on the Hogan Core Banking platform.
- Hands-on experience with COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and other IBM Mainframe technologies.
- Experience supporting core banking, deposits, or payment systems.
- Experience performing code reviews and mentoring development teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with additional Hogan modules (such as CAMS, ICS, or Loans).
- Experience working with offshore development teams.
- Exposure to API integration, real-time transaction processing, or modernization initiatives.
- Banking or financial services industry experience
