Summary
- Design, develop, and enhance Qlik Sense and/or QlikView applications, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate reporting, analytics, and operational requirements into technical solutions.
- Develop and optimize data models, data transformation processes, and ETL workflows to support scalable analytics.
- Analyze data across multiple enterprise systems and recommend effective data integration strategies.
- Identify quick-win opportunities to improve business visibility and deliver immediate value through reporting enhancements.
- Support ongoing administration, performance tuning, and optimization of the Qlik environment.
- Assist in defining future-state reporting, data governance, and analytics capabilities.
- Document technical requirements, data flows, architecture decisions, and solution designs.
- Partner with business and IT teams to improve data accessibility, consistency, and usability organization-wide.
- Evaluate automation opportunities and implement process improvements to streamline reporting activities.
- Deliver meaningful reporting and analytics improvements that support strategic business objectives.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions with Qlik Sense and/or QlikView.
- Strong expertise in dashboard development, data visualization, and self-service reporting.
- Advanced SQL development and query optimization skills.
- Experience with data modeling, ETL development, and enterprise data integration.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of business intelligence architecture and reporting best practices.
- Experience troubleshooting complex data and reporting issues.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate independently and lead initiatives from concept through implementation.
- Experience supporting healthcare, financial, operational, or enterprise reporting environments.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms, enterprise workflow tools, and integrated business applications.
- Experience assessing and modernizing business intelligence environments.
- Exposure to data governance, data quality, and enterprise analytics initiatives.
- Qlik certifications are a plus.
- Experience supporting cloud, hybrid, or on-premises data environments.
- Ability to recommend future-state business intelligence and data architecture, supporting scalable reporting and analytics.
