• About the Role

  We are looking for a Senior Product Manager AI with a strong background in AI/ML product strategy and end-to-end delivery. The ideal candidate will bridge business needs, data science, and engineering to deliver scalable, high-impact AI-driven products. This role demands deep experience in AI product lifecycle management, stakeholder alignment, and execution excellence.

  Key Responsibilities

  1. AI Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI/ML-based solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML to solve business problems and create value.
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into customer-centric product features.

  2. End-to-End AI Product Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end product delivery from ideation experimentation production scaling.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, MLOps, and Design teams.
  • Manage product lifecycle including model deployment, monitoring, and iteration.

  3. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Drive alignment across Engineering, Data Science, UX, Analytics, and Leadership.
  • Communicate product vision, progress, and impact to senior leadership.

  4. AI/ML Use Case Development

  • Define and prioritize AI/ML use cases based on business impact and feasibility.
  • Work with data teams to ensure data readiness, model performance, and validation.
  • Ensure responsible AI practices including fairness, explainability, and compliance.

  5. Product Execution & Delivery Excellence

  • Own backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release cycles.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for AI products (accuracy, latency, ROI, adoption).
  • Ensure timely delivery with high quality through agile methodologies.

  6. Stakeholder & Customer Management

  • Gather and refine requirements from internal/external stakeholders.
  • Drive customer-centric product decisions using data and insights.
  • Manage expectations and deliver measurable business outcomes.
