Job Title: Oracle Product Ops Manager / Technical Manager
Location: Edison NJ  (100% Remote) 
Duration: 6+ months contract with extension

Mandatory Skills: Oracle SaaS - Finance

Primary Skills : 

Technical Manager in Oracle Area (Oracle Fusion / EPM / FDI)
14 years of overall IT experience with substantial experience in Oracle enterprise applications and technical delivery
Strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications preferably across ERPFinancials and associated technical components
Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud and FDI reports

Soft Skills:

Technical Leadership Ability to work with Tech leads and senior developers while remaining technically involved in critical solution decisions
Stakeholder Management Comfortable working with business leaders functional SMEs architects vendors and client stakeholders
Communication Ability to clearly explain complex technical topics to both technical and nontechnical audiences
Problem Solving Strong analytical approach to troubleshooting complex crossapplication and integration issues
Decision Making Ability to evaluate multiple technical approaches and make practical decisions based on scalability maintainability cost and delivery timelines
Team Leadership Mentoring Ability to coach team members build technical capability and improve overall delivery quality
