Regional Sales Manager (RSM)
Two roles:
· Northeast Region (based in NYC, Boston or New Haven)
· Southwest Region (based in Dallas, Salt Lake City or Denver)
Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving new business growth and revenue generation within an assigned geographic territory. As the primary owner of their region, the RSM is accountable for identifying, qualifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities across the full portfolio of company IT solutions, including Managed Services, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Data & AI, Cloud, and Professional Services. The role is designed to support the company’s IT’s strategic growth objectives through clear regional ownership, disciplined sales execution, and a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
The ideal candidate is a high-performing sales professional with experience selling complex technology solutions to mid-market and mid-enterprise organizations. The RSM must be capable of building executive relationships, managing a healthy sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal subject matter experts to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
Key Responsibilities
· Revenue Growth & Business Development: Drive new revenue growth, achieve quota, develop regional business plans, prospect new accounts, manage full sales cycle.
· Territory Ownership: Own assigned region, build executive relationships, maintain forecasts and CRM accuracy, provide market intelligence.
· Solution Selling: Sell the full company IT portfolio including Managed Services, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Data & AI, Cloud, and Professional Services.
· Pipeline & Performance Management: Maintain 3–4x pipeline coverage, manage opportunity progression, participate in forecasting and business reviews.
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of successful B2B technology sales experience
· Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas
· Experience selling managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, compliance, or related IT solutions
· Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills
· Experience managing long and complex sales cycles
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain C-level relationships
· Proficiency with CRM platforms and forecasting tools
· Eligible to work for any U.S. employer without requiring sponsorship or a 3rd party
· Able to pass a background check
· Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience selling to regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing/CMMC, Legal, Higher Education etc.)
· Knowledge of Managed Services, Cybersecurity, Compliance, Data & AI, and Cloud solutions
· Experience working within a regional territory model
· Familiarity with Hubspot CRM
