Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Next.js, Angular (v19+), and cloud technologies to lead the design and delivery of modern, AI-driven applications. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can drive architecture, ensure code quality, and mentor engineering teams while working closely with product and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture, design, and development of full stack applications using Next.js (backend) and Angular 19+ with Signals
Develop scalable, high-performance applications using TypeScript and RxJS
Define and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and best practices
Implement and maintain unit and integration tests using Jest and Spectator
Drive development of AI-first solutions and integrate AI capabilities into applications
Guide integrations with Jira APIs and GitHub APIs
Design and implement cloud architecture using AWS or similar platforms
Conduct code reviews and design reviews to ensure high-quality delivery
Mentor and guide senior and junior engineers
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience in full stack development
Strong expertise in Next.js (backend) Mandatory
Hands-on experience with Angular 19+ (Signals), TypeScript, and RxJS Mandatory
Experience with Jest and Spectator for testing Mandatory
Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
Experience building scalable and high-performance applications
Strong leadership and mentoring experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with AI systems or AI frameworks (Claude Agent SDK or similar)
Hands-on experience with AWS or cloud platforms
Experience integrating with Jira and GitHub APIs
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
