Job Summary: Talent Software Services is in search of an AI Product Manager for a contract position in Redmond, WA. The opportunity will be three months with a strong chance for a long-term extension.
Position Summary: This position is a combination of AI Product Manager and Technical Program Manager responsibilities. An ideal candidate will have experience with transforming business processes with agentic AI, be technically deep in the AI stack, and have demonstrated ability to work across a matrixed organization to drive impact. This position will be focused on enterprise contract management and the transformation of operational and user experiences with AI.

This position will be focused on enterprise contract management and the transformation of operational and user experiences with AI.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
- Deeply analyse and understand contracting business processes and identify opportunities for AI transformation
- Define and align the scope with business stakeholders
- Write detailed technical AI features
- Partner closely with engineers to ensure successful and high-quality delivery
- Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures
- Ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilised
- Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors
- 30–40% analyzing business processes in depth (e.g., contracting workflows).
- 10–15% determining technical solutions and writing technical features, leveraging AI tools.
- 10–15% collaborating with engineering teams on solutions, planning, and execution.
- 5% communications across executives, teams, stakeholders, and dependencies.
- A typical day will involve meeting with business stakeholders to dive deep into processes, collaborating with engineers to define and execute on work, and managing/communicating to a broad group of stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor''s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or a related field. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of product management and/or technical program management experience
- 3+ years of experience building AI solutions
- Minimum 10 years'' experience with product management.
- Minimum 3 years'' experience writing features for AI products (hands‐on AI product work, not just interest in AI).
- Minimum 5 years'' experience with enterprise‐scale collaboration (facilitation and alignment across large matrixed organizations).
- Product and Technical Program Management background in large enterprises. Experience building AI and AI agents.
- The ideal resume would contain experience transforming business processes using AI and AI agents within a large enterprise, directly aligning to the sponsor''s key requirement.
Preferred:
- Proven product management experience at enterprise scale
- Proven technical program management experience in a large matrixed environment
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
- Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment
- Experience with transforming business processes with agentic AI
