Job Summary:
Seeking a strong Java Technical Lead to lead a small development team supporting regulatory reporting, collateral management, and derivatives operations applications.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Core Java / Server-Side Development
• Strong experience with Spring, Apache Camel, XML
• Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ, IBM MQ or other Messaging Queues
• Strong SQL and RDBMS experience – SQL Server, Sybase
• Jenkins, Git, SonarQube, CI/CD
• Experience with Agile SDLC
• Team leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and delivery management
• Strong L3 Production Support experience
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Preferred Skills:

• Financial Services / Investment Banking experience
• Derivatives experience – IRD, FX, CRD
• Regulatory Reporting
• Collateral Management
• Trade Capture, Reconciliation, or Vendor Platform integration

Responsibilities:
Lead technical design and development, coordinate with business and operations teams, manage sprint delivery, review code, oversee system integrations, and provide L3 production support.
