ROLE_DESCRIPTION -
Role Overview We are seeking a Senior QA Lead to own end‑to‑end testing for regulatory and compliance initiatives within a large, complex enterprise environment. This hands‑on, execution‑focused QA leadership role emphasizes manual testing, test planning, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
Own QA activities for regulatory initiatives from intake through UAT readiness
Develop detailed test plans aligned to regulatory requirements and delivery scope
Execute end‑to‑end functional testing across front‑end, mid‑tier, and back‑end systems
Perform targeted regression testing based on impact analysis
Validate regulatory data flows related to AML, KYC, and Tax reporting. FR2052a, FRY 14, FRY15 reports testing experience is must.
Track and report test execution status, defects, and risks
Partner closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and UAT partners
Act as the single point of QA accountability for assigned initiatives
Technical Environment
Testing spans multiple integrated applications within a single end‑to‑end flow
Heavy focus on front‑end channel validation, UI‑driven manual testing
Validation of customer and third‑party profiles, roles, and reporting visibility
Manual QA execution is the primary focus
Required Experience & Skills
5+ years of experience in QA/Quality Engineering
Experience as a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer
Strong end‑to‑end testing experience across complex systems
Background in regulatory, compliance, KYC, AML, or risk‑based initiatives
Excellent test planning, execution, and reporting skills
Strong communication skills with both technical and business partners
Ability to work independently with full QA ownership
