Senior Scrum Lead / Technical Delivery Manager (Agile, Software Development)

Role Summary

Seeking a Senior Scrum Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of software development initiatives within a fast-paced, highly technical environment. This role is responsible for leading Agile teams, ensuring high-quality delivery, managing risks, and maintaining strong alignment across technical and business stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong Agile leader who can operate hands-on while driving strategic delivery


• Comfortable working across engineering, product, and business teams


• Experienced in navigating complex, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders


• Able to balance delivery execution with stakeholder communication and team leadership

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Lead or Agile Delivery Lead within software development environments


• 7+ years managing end-to-end application development projects in complex, technical domains


• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and scaled Agile delivery practices


• Deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)


• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive delivery from planning through execution


• Hands-on experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, workshops, and stakeholder meetings


• Strong track record of managing risks, resolving issues, and escalating when needed


• Experience tracking delivery metrics and reporting on project health, progress, and outcomes


• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including leadership


• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery for software initiatives from initiation through completion


• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, cross-functional workshops, and stakeholder meetings


• Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and decision-making across teams


• Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions on time and within scope


• Monitor team performance, delivery metrics, and overall initiative health


• Foster strong team dynamics, collaboration, and a high-performing delivery culture


• Provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders and leadership


• Influence stakeholders and guide teams toward effective business and technical solutions

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience in media technology or advertising platforms environments


• Exposure to AdTech or similar high-scale, data-driven systems


• Project management or Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMP)


• Experience with modern project management and collaboration tools
