Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA (Local candidates preferred)
Job Overview:
Seeking an SAP Support Analyst to provide Level 1 support across SAP applications, with a focus on SAP Security, user access management, and ticket triage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reset passwords and unlock SAP user accounts.
- Handle access requests, role assignments, provisioning, and access removal.
- Track access approvals and troubleshoot pending or failed requests.
- Review user status, role assignments, and access discrepancies.
- Perform initial diagnosis of SAP authorization errors and login issues.
- Triage all SAP tickets, including non-security-related issues.
- Document incidents, escalate complex issues, and follow SLA requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in SAP AMS, application support, or SAP Security.
- Knowledge of SAP user administration, roles, and authorizations.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, incident management, and escalation processes.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
