Loan IQ Infrastructure & Automation Consultant

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Loan IQ Infrastructure & Automation Consultant with strong expertise in the Finastra Loan IQ platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, upgrading, automating, and supporting Loan IQ environments across the software development lifecycle.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep knowledge of Loan IQ infrastructure, environment management, automation, and platform enablement. The consultant will leverage Finastra Loan IQ documentation and best practices to implement platform capabilities while collaborating with application, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Finastra Loan IQ environments across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production.
• Perform Loan IQ upgrades, patching, hotfix installations, and environment maintenance.
• Configure Loan IQ application servers, web components, schedulers, services, and supporting utilities.
• Analyze and implement platform capabilities based on Finastra Loan IQ documentation and release notes.
• Design and implement automation for environment provisioning, deployments, refreshes, and recurring operational tasks.
• Execute environment refresh activities and ensure post-refresh validation and stabilization.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, configuration, deployment, and application issues.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Application Development, Database Administration (DBA), and Vendor teams to support enterprise Loan IQ environments.
• Develop and maintain deployment documentation, operational procedures, and technical standards.
• Support production releases and ensure platform reliability, availability, and performance.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Loan IQ infrastructure and platform administration.
• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, and supporting Finastra Loan IQ environments.
• Strong understanding of Loan IQ architecture and technical configuration.
• Experience interpreting and implementing Finastra Loan IQ documentation and release guidance.
• Hands-on scripting experience using PowerShell, Shell, or similar automation tools.
• Experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle databases.
• Knowledge of infrastructure administration and environment management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
