• Strong conceptualization skills and demonstrated experience assessing complex qualitative and quantitative information.
• Delineating judgments and the evidentiary base in clear, concise, and analytic written products.
• Performing quantitative analysis and methodology development.
• Working effectively in analytic teams.
• Expertise on regional or functional topics.
