Job Title: AI & Platform Software Engineer (GenAI | Azure | DevOps | Platform Engineering)
Location: Remote (Occasional travel to Buffalo, NY Expenses Paid)

Required Skills
- 14+ years (Bachelor's) or 12+ years (Associate's) of software engineering/application development experience
- Strong experience in software architecture, API design, secure coding, CI/CD, testing, and production support
- Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies, including:
- LLMs
- Prompt Engineering
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- AI coding assistants
- Agent-based automation
- Strong Azure experience with:
- Azure API Management (APIM)
- Azure AI Foundry
- Azure Entra ID
- Azure Key Vault
- Azure Monitor
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep preferred)
- Experience building and supporting production systems in controlled enterprise environments
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
- Financial services or other regulated industry experience
- Experience with:
- GitLab Duo
- Copilot Studio
- Dynatrace
- Delphix
- AWS Bedrock
- Google Vertex AI
- Cloud, AI, DevOps, or SRE certifications
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise GenAI platform capabilities
- Build secure APIs and scalable AI services on Azure
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity
- Collaborate with architecture, security, governance, and application teams
- Produce documentation and SDLC compliance artifacts
- Participate in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis
- Drive knowledge transfer and engineering best practices across teams
