Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building, monitoring, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Monitor daily ad performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Use data from various ad platforms to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Adjust bidding strategies, placements, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates and cost-per-response (CPR).
- Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to develop engaging ad copy/creatives.
- Conduct keyword research for search campaigns.
- Build and refine audience targeting strategies for social and display ads.
- Generate performance reports and provide insights on trends, wins, and areas for optimization.
- Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, PPC or CPC advertising.
- Basic understanding of Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display advertising channels
- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following channels: Paid Social (LinkedIn, Reddit, or Meta) or Paid Search (Google or Bing).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend optimizations.
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting & analysis (Experience with BI tools is a plus)
- Passionate attention for detail
- A self-starter attitude that is eager to learn and master the world of Digital Marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and complete on time.
