Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Process Mapping: Lead project initiation, elicit and document SDLC-compliant business requirements, and map new business processes.

Agile Collaboration: Participate in Scrum development meetings to represent business needs and guide developers.

Testing & Quality Assurance: Create and execute system test plans, perform manual testing on web applications, and develop UAT scripts.

Defect Tracking: Identify, document, and track bugs/insufficiencies for developer resolution.
