Job Title: Electrical engineerLocation: Gardena, CAJob Description:
Serve as the primary engineering representative at the supplier's, motor, and launch controller assembly manufacturing.
Monitor day to day production activities, build status, and delivery schedules.
Identify risks to schedule or quality and drive timely resolutions.
Verify supplier compliance with aerospace standards
Monitor build progress, test yields, rework cycles, and process adherence.
Review and validate manufacturing documentation including travelers, test reports, and inspection records.
Track production milestones, identify blockers, and support recovery plans.
Collaborate with supplier operations, manufacturing engineering, quality, and procurement.
Provide daily or weekly status updates to internal stakeholders.
Escalate technical risks early with clear impact assessments.
Maintain strong collaborative relationships with supplier personnel.
Compensation: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
