Summary
Responsibilities:
- Migrate mainframe source code and workflows from Endeavor to GitLab.
- Set up GitLab repositories, branching strategy, and merge pipelines.
- Automate build and deployment processes for COBOL/JCL jobs.
- Maintain and support mainframe applications (COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM).
- Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD for mainframe.
- Troubleshoot migration issues and improve processes.
- Document new workflows and train teams on GitLab usage.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM.
- Handson experience with Endeavor or similar SCM tools.
- Proficiency in GitLab (version control + CI/CD pipelines)
- Good problemsolving and migration skills.
