job summary:
We are seeking a Treasury Management System (TMS) Implementation Subject Matter Expert to join our Advisory team. In this role, you will lead hands-on configuration, testing, and client enablement activities for Ripple Treasury (formerly GTreasury) software deployments, ensuring client treasury operations and workflows are efficiently translated into system functionality.

responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements through workshops and client interviews, translating them into system design specifications and configured workflows.
- Configure core settings, workflows, and operational rules within the Ripple Treasury (GTreasury) platform.
- Lead system testing phases-including SIT, UAT, and PVT-to research, track, and resolve complex functional issues prior to cutover.
- Support data migration, system integration validation, production cutover, and post-go-live client enablement.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3 to 5 years of direct, hands-on implementation and configuration experience with Ripple Treasury (GTreasury).
Comprehensive understanding of the full SaaS product implementation lifecycle (Requirements, Design, Configuration, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live).
Functional background in key treasury domains such as cash management, payments, liquidity forecasting, and bank account management.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong client-facing presentation, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience creating custom user training materials and detailed functional design specifications.
Proven ability to work independently while managing cross-functional team expectations.
