Job Title: Lead DataStage Integration Support Engineer
Location: Culver City, CA (4 Days Onsite)

Job Summary
Seeking a Lead DataStage Engineer with strong development and administrative expertise to own ETL platform delivery, lead support operations, and drive stability, performance, and continuous improvement across data integration systems.
Mandatory Skills
- 10 years of experience in IBM DataStage (Development + Administration)
- Strong expertise in Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and cron jobs
- Hands-on experience with Python programming
- Strong experience with Control-M administration and scheduling
- Solid knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle)
- Proven experience in production support, incident management, and RCA
- Experience leading teams and handling stakeholder communication
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of DataStage support engineers
- Own end-to-end DataStage ETL platform (development, administration, and support)
- Design, develop, and enhance ETL jobs and workflows
- Administer DataStage (user roles, security, deployments, and migrations)
- Troubleshoot job failures across DataStage and Unix environments
- Drive incident management, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and debug shell scripts and Python-based automation
- Manage Control-M (job monitoring, failure handling, scheduling, agent upgrades)
- Configure SAP/Unix jobs, calendars, and workload policies
- Support Gentran (maps, mailboxes, FTP scripts, Java programs, SQL procedures)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for issue resolution
- Define and enforce best practices for ETL development, release, and support
