Summary

Job Description
 
Must Have Technical/Functional Skill
 
1. Responsible for leading the end-to-end architecture, design, and technical governance of Siemens Teamcenter PLM implementations, upgrades, integrations, and customizations.
2. Define logical, physical, and technical architectures aligned with business requirements
3. Expertise in Teamcenter Unified (23xx+), BMIDE , ITK(C/C++), SOA,Rest APIs, Java, workflow handlers,RAC/Active Workspace customizations.
4. Experience with T4S/T4EA integrations.
5. Experience in BOM management, Change Management, DHF/DMR Management, Supplier collaboration
6. Support integrations (T4S, T4EA, MCAD-SolidWorks, ECAD-Altium, Polarion).
7. Architect Teamcenter deployments (on prem, private cloud, hybrid) 
8.  Lead version upgrades, data migrations, and system consolidations 
9. Provide architectural guidance to technical and functional teams 
10. Review and validate functional designs, customizations, extensions, and configurations
11. Create high quality architecture documentation
 
Roles & Responsibilities
 
1. Solution Architecture & Design
- Define the end to end Teamcenter solution architecture aligned with business, engineering, and IT strategy
- Translate business requirements into scalable PLM architecture.
- Architect BMIDE data model extensions and rules.
- Define SOA, ITK customization design patterns.
2. Technical Leadership
- Lead design workshops with SMEs and stakeholders.
- Guide development of ITK, SOA, AWC customizations.
- Review technical specifications and architectural decisions.
3. Teamcenter Upgrade & Migration Architecture
- Define upgrade strategy (e.g., 2312 to 2512).
- Evaluate CAD/ECAD integrations compatibility.
- Architect multi-environmental upgrade plans.
4. Integration Architecture
- Architect integrations (T4S, T4EA, ERP, CAD integrations).
- Ensure data consistency across systems.
5. Performance, Security & Compliance
- Performance tuning for RAC, AWC, SOA.
- Define security model and compliance guidelines.
6.  Governance & Best Practices
- Maintain technical governance for BMIDE deployments.
- Implement coding standards and CI/CD pipelines.
