Job Title: HL7 Engineer

Role Summary:

The HL7 Integration Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting HL7 interfaces to enable seamless data exchange between clinical and non clinical healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, configure, and maintain HL7 v2 and related healthcare interfaces

· Integrate EMR EHR systems, labs, radiology, billing, and third party applications

· Monitor interface performance and troubleshoot data flow issues

· Analyze HL7 messages and resolve errors using interface engines

· Collaborate with clinical, application, and infrastructure teams

· Ensure compliance with healthcare data standards and security requirements

Required Skills:

· Strong experience with HL7 v2 messaging

· Knowledge of interface engines (e.g., Mirth, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody)

· Understanding of healthcare workflows and data standards

· SQL and basic scripting skills

· Excellent problem solving and communication skills
