Client-: HCL America

Role-: IT Support / Desktop Support Specialist

Location: Covington, VA (Onsite)

Contract: 6-12+ Months

Requirement:

Provide hands-on, in-person technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Independently resolve complex, break/fix issues in person or via telephone
Perform installations, replacements, upgrades, and other hardware/software related tasks as needed
Advanced tier 2/3 troubleshooting skillsets for standard EUC equipment including Network issues.
Lead and mentor a team of 3-10 people.
