This is an excellent opportunity for a machinist who enjoys hands-on work, programming support, blueprint interpretation, and producing high-quality machined components in a collaborative shop environment.
This position is open due to a long-term replacement need and offers strong stability, consistent hours, and leadership support from an experienced shop management team.

Job DetailsWhat You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC milling machines
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Utilize MasterCAM programming to support machining operations
- Perform precision measurements using standard inspection and measurement tools
- Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with the shop manager and production team to meet deadlines and quality expectations
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of CNC milling machining experience
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Experience using MasterCAM
- Experience with precision measurement tools and inspection equipment
- Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional CNC programming experience
- Experience working in a custom or precision manufacturing environment
