Data Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Data Analyst in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO.

Duties Include:
* Performs data collection, analysis, validation and reporting
* Designs, tests, and documents processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures
* Extracts and analyzes data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites
* Responds to data inquiries from various groups within an organization
* Creates and publishes regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports
* Documents reporting requirements and processes and validates data components as required
* Performs data analysis, visualization, and reporting for enterprise digital operations
* Designs, builds, and maintains Tableau dashboards and writes SQL queries against cloud data warehouses (Redshift)
* Documents data flows, methodologies, and dashboard catalogs to create wayfinding for cross-functional stakeholders
* Responds to ad-hoc analytical requests from business partners across Product, Operations, and Engineering. Identifies data quality issues, validates sources, and reconciles discrepancies across systems
* Applies AI tools to accelerate analytical workflows including query generation, data summarization, and documentation drafting

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience
* Strong technical writing and stakeholder communication skills essential - must be able to translate complex data into clear, audience-appropriate deliverables
* Requires experience with SQL (complex joins, window functions, CTEs), Tableau, and enterprise data environments
* Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, telecom/SaaS operations, or customer journey data preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
