Summary

Job Title: iOS Mobile Tester

Location: Cupertino, CA/ Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Mode: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Perform end-to-end testing of iOS applications across multiple devices (iPhone, iPad).
Design, develop, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
Conduct functional, regression, UI, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track bugs using defect tracking tools.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure high-quality releases.
Validate app performance, usability, and responsiveness.
Execute automation testing using tools like XCTest / Appium (if applicable).
Ensure compliance with Apple guidelines and App Store standards.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in iOS application testing.
Knowledge of Swift / Objective-C basics (for understanding code flow).
Hands-on experience with Xcode, iOS simulators, and real devices.
Experience with test automation frameworks (XCTest, Appium, or similar).
Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, REST clients).
Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and QA lifecycle.
Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
