Clinical Imaging / PACS Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Imaging Radiology/Cardiology Analyst with strong experience in PACS (CPACS) systems and HL7 interfaces. The ideal candidate will support implementation, integration, and optimization of imaging systems while working closely with clinical teams to enhance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support PACS (CPACS) systems (Change Healthcare, Merge PACS, or similar)
• Support system integrations and onboarding of new imaging groups
• Collaborate with radiology and cardiology technicians to understand and optimize workflows
• Troubleshoot application and interface issues independently
• Manage multiple tasks/projects and prioritize effectively
• Analyze system issues and apply technical solutions following standards
• Create clear technical and user documentation
• Provide end-user support and resolve production issues
• Travel up to 25% for project implementations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with PACS / CPACS systems (Change Healthcare, Merge PACS, or equivalent)
• Strong experience with HL7 interfaces, integrations, and workflows
• Knowledge of Radiology/Cardiology imaging workflows
• Experience in Healthcare IT systems and environments
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder interaction skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both Change Healthcare AND Merge PACS
• Exposure to DICOM, RIS, EMR/EHR integrations
• Knowledge of interface engines (Mirth, Cloverleaf, etc.)
• Familiarity with Healthcare interoperability standards
