Senior Solutions Architect / Technical Project Manager – Oracle Primavera Unifier.

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced senior solutions architect/technical project manager to lead solution architecture, systems integration, and implementation activities for an enterprise-wide Oracle Primavera Unifier implementation.
The candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing integrated business and technology solutions supporting program funding, financial management, project controls, and cost management.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier, ERP systems, enterprise integrations, and capital project financial management. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, project management, engineering, and construction management teams.

Provide quality assurance and quality control for system and functional architecture.
Lead technical meetings, coordinate implementation activities, monitor project progress
Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture, design, and implementation of Oracle Primavera Unifier.
Design and configure Unifier Business Processes (BPs), data structures, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data migration solutions.
Lead data and process integration between Unifier and external enterprise applications, including SAP and Workday.
Manage integrations between Primavera P6 EPPM and Unifier for project scheduling, Earned Value Management (EVM), and cash flow reporting.
Support integrations with Aconex and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) for document and contract management.
Design and implement financial workflows covering funding, budgeting, commitments, actuals, and cost reporting.
Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), workflow diagrams, dataflow diagrams, and technical documentation.
Perform business analysis, requirements gathering, data mapping, and process mapping.
Configure, test, and validate Oracle Primavera Unifier modules and integrated solutions, and report implementation status to senior management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify business requirements and deliver scalable technology solutions.
Support end-user training and implementation of business workflows and procedures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in technology, business, engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in ERP implementation and large-scale database management systems.
Strong experience in enterprise solution architecture and systems integration.
Demonstrated experience implementing and supporting ERP platforms such as SAP, Workday, or similar enterprise systems.
Strong understanding of finance, procurement, capital project funding, and cost management.
Experience leading technical implementation activities and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier implementation and configuration.
Experience with Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM and integration with Unifier.
Experience integrating Unifier with SAP and Workday.
Exposure Oracle Aconex and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
Experience with capital project financial management, including budgets, commitments, actuals, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and project controls.
Experience with business process configuration, data migration, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Experience preparing BRDs, functional requirements, technical documentation, and integration diagrams.
Experience working with executives, business stakeholders, engineering, construction management, and technical teams.
