Role: Full Stack AWS Cloud Developer
Location: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
Duration: Long-term (with strong extension possibility)

Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile and pragmatic Full Stack AWS Cloud Developer who can design, develop, and maintain scalable applications across both cloud and on-prem environments.

This role requires hands-on experience across the entire technology stack, from building intuitive user interfaces to developing robust backend services, with a strong focus on AWS cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop full-stack applications using modern frameworks such as React, Angular, Node.js, Python, .NET, and JavaScript
Build and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS, including services like Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS
Develop and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, UX, and Product teams
Ensure application security, scalability, and performance following AWS Well-Architected Framework
Monitor and optimize application performance using tools such as CloudWatch and X-Ray
Participate in requirements discussions and translate business needs into technical solutions
Maintain and enhance existing applications, troubleshoot issues, and reduce technical debt

Required Skills & Experience

7+ years of experience in full-stack development
Strong frontend expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular
Strong backend development experience with SQL & NoSQL databases, APIs, and server-side logic
Hands-on experience with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, IAM, DynamoDB)
Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, Cognito, JWT)
Strong debugging, testing, and performance tuning skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have

Experience with Next.js, Vue.js, or Svelte
Experience working in hybrid cloud environments
Exposure to serverless architecture and event-driven systems
