Role : Snowflake Data Engineer

Location : Portland,OR(Onsite)

looking for a strong Senior Snowflake Data Engineer who can work across multiple areas depending on project needs.

Key things they are looking for:

Mandatory Skills:
Strong Snowflake experience (hands-on development)
Strong dbt experience (mandatory)
Strong Matillion experience (mandatory)
SQL + Python
Experience building modern cloud data pipelines
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently without heavy guidance

Informatica experience

Nice to Have:
Openflow exposure
Azure cloud understanding
AWS concepts understanding
Snowflake Cortex / Snowflake Intelligence exposure
AI / LLM / chatbot / RAG / MCP / Agent concepts exposure

Very Important:
DTNA is NOT expecting an AI expert or Data Scientist.
We want someone who:
Understands modern AI concepts
Has curiosity and learning mindset
Can support AI-related projects if needed
Can work with APIs, JSON, integrations, and modern data platform concepts
Is comfortable using AI tools and understanding how enterprise AI systems work

The role is very dynamic:
Some months may focus on Matillion pipelines
Some work may focus on dbt
Some projects may involve Streamlit apps, Snowflake Cortex, chatbot integrations, or AI enablement
Some production support work will also be involved

An individual contributor who can look at requirements, understand what needs to be done, ask intelligent questions, and work independently.
