AI/ML Architect – AI Services & ServiceNow Integration

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building AI/ML applications, deploying and hosting AI services, and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms.

Experience with ServiceNow development and integration is highly preferred, particularly for candidates who have worked on embedding AI/ML capabilities into ServiceNow workflows, applications, or enterprise service management platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, data science, or technology architecture, with significant experience in AI/ML solutions.
• Proven experience designing and building AI/ML applications and enterprise AI services.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, machine learning, deep learning, and AI application architecture.
• Experience deploying and hosting AI/ML services using cloud platforms and/or containerized environments.
• Strong programming experience in Python and familiarity with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience with cloud AI/ML services on platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and LLM integration.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, distributed systems, security, scalability, and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development and integration experience.
• Experience integrating AI/ML or Generative AI services with ServiceNow.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI Search, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, or custom ServiceNow applications.
