ServiceNow SPM Developer / Consultant

Introduction:

Spear in supporting a high-visibility enterprise transformation initiative as a ServiceNow SPM Developer/Consultant. This role is crucial in translating business needs into ServiceNow SPM solutions while enhancing financial planning, forecasting, and portfolio governance.

Responsibilities:

• Gather requirements and translate business needs into ServiceNow SPM solutions.
• Configure and enhance SPM modules, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Support financial planning, forecasting, and portfolio governance.
• Design demand intake, prioritization, and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with business leaders, PMOs, Finance, and ServiceNow teams.
• Drive SPM adoption across Global Workplace and Juniper organizations.
