Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver actionable insights that drive business improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, product, operations)
• Create BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and workflow diagrams
• Support testing activities (UAT, QA) and ensure requirement traceability
• Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communication

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Experience with requirement gathering techniques
• Knowledge of SDLC / Agile / Scrum methodologies
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, JIRA, Confluence
• Ability to create documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories)
