Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Communication Specialist with strong expertise in Confluence and internal communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex information into clear, engaging, and visually appealing content, while collaborating with stakeholders and SMEs to build and maintain a strong knowledge-sharing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development & Documentation

• Gather information from stakeholders and SMEs to document processes, standards, and best practices
• Create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation and knowledge base content
• Develop internal articles, communications, and success stories
• Organize content using taxonomy and metadata for easy access
• Drive engagement and knowledge sharing through high-quality content

Visual & Multimedia Content

• Design infographics, graphics, and visual assets for internal communications
• Create content for internal platforms, newsletters, and digital channels
• Develop short videos and multimedia content to promote initiatives
• Ensure alignment with branding and style guidelines
• Utilize tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite

Collaboration & Engagement

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support communication initiatives
• Support internal campaigns, events, and engagement programs
• Work within Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation

Execution & Organization

• Manage multiple projects with competing priorities
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail
• Proactively identify solutions and drive deliverables

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or related field
• 11 15 years of experience in content creation, internal communications, or documentation
• Strong expertise in Confluence (Required)
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience with Jira and collaboration tools
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Canva
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with internal campaigns, digital signage, or employee engagement initiatives
• Multimedia/video content creation experience
