Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Cybersecurity & AI Risk Consultants to support a growing portfolio of Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives. These resources will serve as trusted security advisors, partnering with business and technical stakeholders to assess AI-related risks, identify potential security and compliance concerns, and provide actionable recommendations to enable secure AI adoption. The ideal candidate will bring deep cybersecurity expertise combined with a practical understanding of AI technologies, allowing them to evaluate new AI use cases from a security, privacy, regulatory, and operational risk perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct security and risk assessments for AI initiatives, applications, and use cases.
• Engage directly with business stakeholders, project teams, and technical leaders to gather critical information required to evaluate AI-related risks.
• Analyze AI solutions for potential cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, regulatory, and operational risks.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threat scenarios, and control gaps associated with AI technologies and implementations.
• Develop risk findings and clearly articulate the business impact and security implications to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide practical risk mitigation strategies and recommendations aligned with industry best practices and organizational security requirements.
• Support governance, compliance, and security review processes for AI-related projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI solutions are designed and implemented securely.
• Document assessments, risk decisions, and recommended controls in a clear and concise manner.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, risk management, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience performing security assessments, risk evaluations, and threat analysis.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, controls, and best practices (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, etc.).
• Working knowledge of AI and Generative AI technologies, including common use cases, architectures, and associated security risks.
• Experience assessing technology solutions for security, privacy, compliance, and operational risk.
• Ability to interview stakeholders and extract necessary business and technical information to perform comprehensive risk assessments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to executives, business users, and technical teams.
• Proven ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting AI governance, AI security, or emerging technology risk programs.
• Familiarity with AI-specific security risks such as model poisoning, prompt injection, data leakage, adversarial attacks, model theft, and insecure AI integrations.
• Experience working with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP, or equivalent.
