DESCRIPTION:
Join our collaborative R&D team, where you'll contribute to innovation in filtration and purification technologies. As a Sr. Product Development Engineer, you'll guide research initiatives, develop solutions, and work with cross-functional teams to advance our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. You'll design and optimize new technologies, conduct experimental validation, analyze complex data, and provide technical direction across multiple projects. This role offers the opportunity to make significant contributions to innovative developments while working with state-of-the-art equipment and skilled colleagues in a supportive environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 8 years of experience in hands-on R&D experience in filtration media development.
Preferred Fields of Study: Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, Physics.
Proven expertise in nonwoven technologies, product design, data analysis, and scientific method development and project management.
Demonstrated ability to guide complex technical projects and mentor team members
Track record of innovation through patents, publications, and successful product launches
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design methodologies
Proficiency with scientific instrumentation and laboratory techniques
Strong documentation skills following ISO9001 guidelines
Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally

Strong project management abilities

Knowledge of FDA/regulatory requirements and quality systems

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $113,500.00-$170,200.00.
