Job Title: HR People & Transformation Consulting Manager

Location: Remote

Hiring Mode: Full Time

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8–12 years of experience in HR consulting, HR transformation, or people strategy.
• Experience designing HR operating models, including HR business partners, Centers of Excellence, and Shared Services.
• Strong experience in HR process redesign, organization design, job architecture, and strategic workforce planning.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and HCM transformation strategy.
• Experience developing HR transformation roadmaps, business cases, and value-realization frameworks.
• Understanding of AI and Generative AI applications in HR and employee experience.
• Experience managing client relationships, leading project teams, and delivering consulting engagements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, team leadership, and business development skills.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or HCM platform certification is an added advantage.
