Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced RF Software Integration Engineer to drive endtoend integration of WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, and Cellular solutions on Windowsbased devices. In this role, you will work closely with IHVs, internal test teams, hardware partners, and OS stakeholders to ensure highquality, robust connectivity experiences from early bringup through production.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys crosscompany collaboration, deep debugging across the RF/driver/OS boundary, and owning integration quality across multiple wireless technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary software integration point of contact with IHVs to enable and stabilize WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, and Cellular solutions on Windows platforms
  • Drive endtoend RF software integration, including bringup, feature enablement, and validation across presilicon and postsilicon milestones
  • Collaborate closely with test and validation teams to triage, debug, and resolve RFrelated issues, including firmware, driver, and OSlevel bugs
  • Lead rootcause analysis across the RF stack by working with IHVs, silicon vendors, and internal platform teams
  • Partner with hardware, systems, and OS teams to ensure reliable interoperability, performance, and regulatory readiness
  • Track and manage blocking issues, bugs, and risks, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication to stakeholders
  • Contribute to integration documentation, bringup guides, and best practices to improve scalability across programs
  • Support certation and compliance workflows (e.g., WiFi Alliance, Bluetooth SIG, PTCRBF for cellular) as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Strong handson experience with wireless connectivity technologies, including one or more of:
    • WiFi
    • Bluetooth / Bluetooth LE
    • NFC
    • Cellular (LTE / 5G)
  • Experience collaborating with IHVs or silicon vendors on driver, firmware, and integration issues
  • Proven ability to debug complex crosslayer issues spanning firmware, drivers, OS, and hardware
  • Comfortable working in crossfunctional environments with test, systems, hardware, and program management teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the Windows RF stack (drivers, services, networking subsystem, or RFspecific components)
  • Familiarity with Windows driver development, debugging tools, and telemetry
  • Experience with RF bringup and validation on new platforms or products
  • Knowledge of certification requirements for wireless or cellular technologies
  • Strong communication skills for working with external partners and internal stakeholders across time zones
  • Working knowledge of AI-assisted developer productivity tools
