Position SummaryThe Information Technology Executive Communication TPM Specialist is responsible for transforming complex IT strategies, initiatives, and technical concepts into clear, compelling, and executive-ready communications. This role strengthens alignment between IT leadership and the broader organization by developing high-quality messaging, presentations, reports, and strategic narratives that support business objectives and enhance executive visibility.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Communications- Develop and deliver high-impact communications for IT executives, including speeches, briefings, talking points, and internal announcements.
- Translate complex technical information into concise, business-focused messaging for non-technical audiences.
- Support CIO/CTO communications for board meetings, leadership forums, and enterprise-wide events.
Strategic Messaging & Content Development- Create executive presentations, dashboards, white papers, and strategy documents for IT initiatives.
- Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all IT executive communications.
- Collaborate with IT leaders to ensure communication strategies align with business goals and priorities.
Stakeholder Engagement- Partner with IT, Corporate Communications, HR, and Business Units to ensure clear, effective, and timely messaging.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and executive leadership.
- Lead communication efforts for major IT programs, digital transformation initiatives, and change management activities.
Reporting & Insights- Prepare executive summaries, status reports, and impact assessments for IT programs and projects.
- Monitor communication effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Anticipate executive information needs and proactively deliver insights and recommendations.
Governance & Confidentiality- Manage sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Ensure all communications adhere to corporate standards, governance policies, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Information Technology, Business, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in executive communications, IT communications, or corporate communications.
- Strong understanding of IT concepts, including digital transformation, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data analytics.
- Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation development skills.
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives.
Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a technology-driven or enterprise IT environment.
- Familiarity with change management and organizational communication practices.
- Experience developing board-level or C-suite communications.
