🚀 IT Support Technician – Hybrid | Plymouth, MN
📍 Location: Plymouth, MN (Hybrid)
📅 Duration: Longterm
Join a dynamic IT Support team as the first point of contact for technical support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and end-user systems.
What You’ll Do:
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues
- Manage and resolve ITSM tickets within SLA
- Support Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Admin Portals
- Assist with hardware/software deployments and upgrades
- Create technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of IT/Technical Support experience
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Microsoft 365 & Operating Systems
- Familiarity with Exchange, O365, Azure Admin Portals
- Strong communication and documentation skills
