Summary

5 or more years of experience in Oracle APEX application development and modernization.
Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL including the development of stored procedures, functions, and packages.
Experience with Oracle Database 19c architecture and RDBMS management.
Experience in migrating legacy Oracle Forms applications to modern web-based platforms.
Experience with SQL Developer, TOAD, and data modeling principles.
Experience in performance tuning, debugging, and testing complex SQL queries and views.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Execute the technical conversion and migration of legacy Oracle Forms systems into Oracle APEX 19c environments.
Architect and implement modern APEX user interfaces and UI/UX design standards for regulatory systems.
Engineer advanced PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, and functions to support complex backend logic.
Perform system performance profiling and tuning of SQL queries and stored procedures to ensure responsiveness.
Integrate RESTful web services, XML, and Java-based APIs into the Oracle application ecosystem.
Design and maintain secure authorization models and role-based application security within integrated Oracle systems.
Author comprehensive technical documentation and system architecture specifications for enterprise modernization projects.
